Data Entry / Order Management Specialist Full Time
Department: Customer Service
Position: Data Entry / Order Management Specialist
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
We are currently looking for a motivated self-starter in a service and data entry field to join our team on site at our Montreal office. If you are energetic, adaptable, and up for a challenge, send us your resume!

Qualifications
- A high degree of accuracy in data entry
- Autonomous
- Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- 3-5 years of experience in a service or data entry field
- Bilingualism an asset
Responsibilities
- Process orders in a timely fashion in order to meet our customer’s in-house dates
- Evaluate shipping requirements based on priorities
- Ensure that all pricing and billing is correct
- As required, take orders by phone or fax from customers in a professional manner
- Work closely with various departments to ensure superior customer service
- Provide back-up for Reception
- Miscellaneous department functions as the need arises
