Accounts and Ordering

Business customers may be able to open an account with us if they meet certain requirements. Business customers need to complete a credit application once they have spoken to someone in our Sales department.
We always try and meet our customers’ delivery requirements and try our best to expedite orders if needed.
We ship our tape from multiple warehouse across the United Stated and Canada so our carriers vary from location to location and depends on size of the order and where it is going. There is always an option for customers to specify their preferred carrier.
There is no minimum order size when you buy online. When you have an account, minimum orders vary by geography and product line. Please check with your Account Executive.
For items that are in stock, we ship within 24-48 business hours. We do not ship on weekends and we do our best to accommodate all rush orders. Shipping time varies for items that are not in stock.
Our online orders ship from our warehouse in California. Other orders may ship from our warehouse in Illinois or our warehouse in Canada.

Product Information

Currently, we ship a very limited number of our products outside of the United States and Canada. If you are a business interested in a specific ECHOtape product, please contact us about your needs and we will have someone get back to you.
Products available online are typically in stock. For other items, this will vary depending on your location and the product you order.
Some ECHOtape products are available through a network of US and Canadian authorized distributors. You can find the Where To Buy tab in every product page.

Sales & Distributors

Reseller pricing is available to our authorized distributors only. If you are interested in becoming a reseller, please contact us about your needs and we will have someone get back to you.
Samples are available to business customers at the discretion of our sales department. In many situations, we can easily identify the right product once we have a clear understanding of what you need to do. Please contact us about your needs and we will have someone get back to you.

Business Policies

Yes, we follow the legal guidelines for charging sales tax where applicable on items that are shipped. If your organization is sales tax exempt, we require a certificate for our records.
If you’re not completely satisfied with a product you purchased from our online store, you have 30 days to return it to us, no questions asked. Returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent back in original condition, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
